I accepted the invite from my new employer , logged in with no problem,but then I get an error that says "We weren't able to show your payroll info" "refreshing the screen usually solves the problem" .... First of all, refreshing it does NOT solve the problem. I've tried all the suggestions of logging in from different browsers and devices, clearing history etc ... Nothing is working, Intuit chat didn't help and apparently workforce doesn't have a phone number you can call only chat. I saw people complain about this in 2019 so clearly it hasn't been resolved . I don't want to have to request my paycheck every two weeks. Please fix ASAP
Despite you having an invite your employer has to publish the payroll data to Intuit per certain subscription types. Check with your fellow employees and your employer to see if others can see their paystubs.
