PAYROLL - I recently renewed my enhanced payroll subscription and now my employess can no longer access their paystubs online

This was an error before. However, it was already fixed by our engineers. I would recommend reaching out to our Support to check this further. We're advised to let you contact them if the error persists, so they can do some changes to your account on their end.
Click on Help and choose Contact us.
Enter this in the description field: When my employees/I go online to Workforce to access paystubs we get this message: We weren't able to show your payroll info - Refreshing your screen often fixes the problem.
Select Message an agent.
You can have one employee with you while checking with Support to check if they can access their account.
