Payroll is suspended

Let's ensure your account is updated, tejano.

 

It's possible that your subscription payment wasn't successfully processed. Le's go ahead and update your billing information to reactivate your account.

 

Here's how:

  1. In the upper-right corner, click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings, and go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, click the option to reactivate your account.
  4. Update your credit card information and continue with the reactivation process.

I'd also suggest contacting our payroll support team to activate your account again. Here's how to contact them:

  1. Click the Help icon at the top-right.
  2. Click the Contact Us link.
  3. Enter payroll suspended as your concern, then click Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback.
