Hi @Lisa136,
I want to help you resolve your concern about the invalid Payroll PIN that has troubled you. I'd like to share some details about the update of the QuickBooks Desktop support.
We are improving our way to connect with our customers through Messaging. Phone support didn't completely go away, you can still use the Call Me Back option. Your concern needs to be verified by one of our live agents through messaging. They have the tools to expedite the process and check why your EIN wasn't recognized. I'll show you the way how to use the messaging option.
- Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/prechats/offerings/ProPrem-Out-of-Product/23472/view.
- Fill out the details to connect with one of our messaging agents.
- Once done, select Submit.
I've also added this article for more information about invalid payroll pin notifications: Error message: Invalid PIN.
You can check out this article for your future task when you need to track your business finances: Understand reports. This contains sub-topics, such as customizing and modify scheduled reports in QuickBooks Desktop.
Please don't hesitate to tag my name in the comment section below if you have other concerns or questions. I'm here to back you up. Take care always.
