Join nowI recently discontinued the use of the QuickBooks payroll service on Quickbooks Desktop PRO 2018. Now, when I try to access old employee data I get a pop-up that says I must download the latest payroll update. When I click OK I get an error & Quickbooks shuts down. An help?
QBD 2018 is already outdated since last May. You may purchase a one time license of QBD 2021 or QBD 2020 at the lower price to update the payroll service.
I no longer need or use the payroll service but I do need to access old payroll records.
