Payroll service error

QBD 2018 is already outdated since last May. You may purchase a one time license of QBD 2021 or QBD 2020 at the lower price to update the payroll service.

Payroll service error

Hi there, @Ctpowerandsport. I've come to provide a few steps that can help you resolve payroll service error.

Let me walk you through the process:

  1. Open Internet Explorer and select Tools then click Internet Options.
  2. Navigate to the General tab.
  3. From the Browsing History section, click Delete. Choose Delete.
  4. Verify that the Temporary Internet files and website files option is selected.
  5. Select Delete and then click OK.
  6. Once done, go to the Start menu and then select All Programs.
  7. Click Accessories then Run. Then, type CMD in the run box.
  8. The Command Prompt will display.
  9. Next, type ipconfig /flushdns and then, press Enter.

When finished, attempt to access payroll reports again. If the same thing happens, let's now repair your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) program. This procedure eliminates common errors and issues when using the software.
