Payroll sub has been paid but not refreshing in quickbooks

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve this. I recommend running the repair tool for QuickBooks Dekstop (QBDT). Before doing so, ensure to back up your company file first. 

Once done:

1. Restart your computer.
2. Open the Windows Start menu and select Control Panel.
3. Select Programs and Features then click Uninstall a Program.
4. Click QuickBooks, then Uninstall/Change.
5. Select Continue, or Next.
6. Click Repair, then Next.
7. Select Finish once it's done.
