Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve this. I recommend running the repair tool for QuickBooks Dekstop (QBDT). Before doing so, ensure to back up your company file first.
Once done:
- Restart your computer.
- Open the Windows Start menu and select Control Panel.
- Select Programs and Features then click Uninstall a Program.
- Click QuickBooks, then Uninstall/Change.
- Select Continue, or Next.
- Click Repair, then Next.
- Select Finish once it's done.
