Payroll Subscription

Hello there. I am trying to renew my payroll subscription and have inputted the new credit card info but am having issues getting the system to update with the new card info to start to be able to resume my payroll like normal. I have updated the info, saved it, and have logged out and back into quickbooks and the new card info is in there but it isn't working. Any help would be appreciated

If you're done updating your credit card information for Payroll subscription and still doesn't work, I recommend you get in touch with our Payroll Support. They can help you


Here's how you can reach us:

  1. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
  3. Enter what you're needing assistance with in the What can we help with? field and choose Let's talk
  4. Click Get a callback.
  5. Enter your contact information.
  6. Select Call me.
