If you’re running the Employee Details and Employee Directory Reports, the workers’ information is arranged by their first and last names. You can export them to Excel and manually update the setup correctly (last and first names).
- Tap the Reports menu on the left panel.
- Type Employee Details/ Employee Directory in the search field.
- Click the Share drop-down in the upper right to choose Export to Excel.

At this time, you can submit feedback about this matter through your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. From there, you can discuss potential changes or product suggestions which other users can review and comment on.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Go to the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.
