Im having trouble loging in for the first time to check payroll. Its say it needs to get refreshed to see it. I keep on refreshing the page but it didnt help. Please help

I'm here to help you log in to your Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) account to check your payroll entries, Jaypee.


First, I recommend logging in to your account using a private browser. In most cases, unusual behavior or an issue like this happens due to the stocked file on your browser's cache.


To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:


  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P


From there, follow these steps to sign in to payroll:

  1. Open this link:
  2. Enter your User ID and Password.
  3. Tap on Sign In.
  4. Review your payroll from there.


If it works fine, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh.


You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.
