What version of QuickBooks? If its older than 2016 it may no longer be supported. There are other posts about this on this forum - search for them as there may be a work around on one of them.
Getting error when logging into payroll is sometimes caused by browser-related issue. Let's try to clear the browser's cache, then access your payroll again from your QuickBooks for Mac.
