The Payroll Schedule is a Helper function. If that doesn't meet your needs, don't use it. The Schedule is how you teach the program Pay Period dates that are included on a Pay Date = two handholding functions that are supposed to help you.
The other function to use instead is Frequency. You Edit Employee Default and each existing Employee Name and assign that you pay Monthly, so that the program can compute against the tax table and against 12 Checks annually.
