PS038 Error - Unable to install updates

I have multiple businesses setup, but one that will not allow updates.  The company was not using direct deposit until this week, but I am unable to set it up because it isn't updated.  I have followed all of the instructions listed in the support responses, but nothing seems to be working.  I am also receiving a 1000 message when I try to send payroll info.  It says my pin is incorrect and I have been locked out for 15 minutes.  I changed the pin last night, but I received the same message this morning.  That should have been more than enough time for it to reset.  

 

I need to process payroll asap.  Can anyone help with this before I spend forever on the phone with support?

PS038 Error - Unable to install updates

Let's get rid of the PS038 message so you can able to install updates,  Chasidy1.

 

This can be caused by multiple unsuccessful attempts of sending data due to an incorrect pin or password. If that happens, the system will automatically lock your account as an additional layer of security. 

 

When PS038 occurs after you rebuild, you'll have to send your usage data to initiate payroll updates. Go to the Employees menu, select My Payroll Service, and then Send Usage Data. Once the send is successful, attempt to get payroll updates again.
