I work in QB desktop versions only. My issue: I am trying to run payroll for the first time since being converted from standard payroll to QB Payroll Annual Fee Enhanced. The payroll taxes are not being calculated correctly. All are showing $0 which I know is incorrect. Can someone direct me to where I may not have update information correctly. I have added my new Payroll Service Key, verified my account, run payroll updates, exited QB and rebooted the computer. Error still occurs.

Hello, @SHaggett. I appreciate your efforts to fix the tax calculation issue. I'm pleased to offer my assistance and help you get this resolved once and for all.
Since you've already updated your payroll and the taxes aren't calculating correctly, you can undo saved data by reverting the paycheck.

Did you just purchase QB Desktop 2024 Enterprise? Is it Enterprise Silver or Gold?
Yes, I purchased through a third party as QB indicated it was the only way to purchase. It is Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions: Professional Services 24.0.

Login to CAMPS and check your license information. If you are using Enterprise Gold, you don't need to run Enhanced Payroll separately. You can request a refund for your Enhanced Payroll subscription.
Thanks for the assistance. The revert paychecks command was the "missing link" to resolve my issue. The taxes are now calculating properly.

I had the same issue. I ended up going elsewhere. I just didn't have the time. Did the fix work for you? Does it update now, or do yuo have to do the fix evereytime?
Thank you, [PII Removed]

Yes, once I used the directions provided by jeanbiverly. After I used the revert check command everything worked yesterday and then I checked today and it still seems to be working perfectly.
