QB online handles my taxes and filings automatically. I need to update box 12 DD health insurance premiums on employee's w2 before QB sends them. How do I update it?

I was previously told w2's would be available the first week of January, then January 13th, and now I can't even view the W2s until February? I've called multiple times and not getting any answers. The IRS requires us to report health premiums.

I understand that you've been calling us multiple times, tanja.

 

But, I would still suggest reaching out to our Payroll Support team. They can pull up your account which I am unable to do here in the Community space for security purposes. Also, they can further assist you with adjusting your W-2.

 

Here's how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click on Search for something else and enter your concerns in the Tell us more about your questions.
  4. Tap Search.
  5. Click on Start a message.
