(QB online) I need to file a W2-c. QB (for hours) says 'error try again' How do I find this form and fill it out?

You can only view or print the corrected payroll information and manually enter them on the W-2 C form as QB Online doesn’t support filing an amended forms. 

To view the data, you'll need to open the updated W-2 or run the Payroll Details, and Payroll Tax Wage and Summary Reports. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Taxes tab on the left menu, then choose Payroll Tax.
2. In the Forms section, choose Annual Forms.
3. Select W-2, then click on the View button.

To run the report, here's how: 

1. Go to the Reports tab on the left menu.
2. Enter Payroll Details/Payroll Tax Wage and Summary Report in the search field.
3. Choose the correct date range.
4. Click on the Run Report button.
