Before anything else, I just want to inform you that we temporarily suspended calls to prevent long hold times as we resolved a direct deposit payroll issue. However, you need not to worry phone lines are now open. Also, the direct deposit processing issue has been resolved. Your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.

- Go to your Help (?) icon.
- Choose Contact Us.
- Enter what you're reaching out about in the available field, then hit Let's Talk.
- You'll be presented with a few options to connect with Intuit.
- Select Get a call.
- Input the requested information.
- Click Confirm my call.
