QB Payroll will not update my billing info.I spent over 1.5hrs with an agent and then they disconnected me and I still can't run my payroll b/c they can't process a pmt.

If you didn't receive any error message while updating your billing info, it could be that you're experiencing a browser-related problem. 

 

We can confirm this by logging in to your QuickBooks using a private or incognito window. Then, perform necessary troubleshooting on your main browser once confirmed. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P.
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P.
  • Safari: press Command Shift N.

 

If you're able to update your billing successfully, go back to the main browser, and follow the steps to fix the issue by clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Otherwise, use another supported browser.
