Let's update QuickBooks to ensure your setup performs the needed prompt messages every time you sent out a transaction and/or any type of entry.
- Go to Edit.
- Select Preferences.
- Click General.
- Under My Preferences, select Bring back all one time messages.
- Click Ok.
On that note, make sure to also set up correctly the email notification settings of your Workforce account to ensure all email notifications are sent out every time your employees got their paychecks.
