QBO support is totally TRASH

I have a problem with one of my client since 11/7/21 , the payroll don't synchronize correctly, I have talked with about 20 “experts”  for this issue without luck and wasted about 40 hours over the phone with purely incompetent “experts”, Incredible that this big company don't care about their customers. Another issue with other client is that I supposed to star payroll this year, guess what? Yeah have not been able to run any single payroll because I can not make active the employees, for this client,I have talked with at least 10 incompetent “experts” and wasted about 20 hours,  hopefully soon they have a big competitor to bring all my clients to a real company that cares people not only money my dream lol, loved quickbooks desktop, hating QBO

I understand the challenges you've been through in resolving this payroll issue, @LUIS75.


I can see that you had reached out to our team regarding this. I'd recommend contacting them again. This way, they can raise a ticket to our engineering team to further investigate this issue.


Here's how:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Get a callback.

The easy solution? Why QBO is selling a product so expense if still not ready? Offer something and give something else thats fair for my clients ? First some of my clients were already on QBO because they thrusted the ads, another ones wasted time converting from desktop to online (hours) :(

Like a said I have one of the issue since November,  have called more than 20 times, have sending feedback, have open cases and tickets and still nothing after 3 months!!!

You don't love how they ask you 20 questions because you asked one?  You don't like how after entering your name, in the chat form, the agent asks it again?  Including your email, and then your company identifier - as if they can't look it up themselves or that it should have that info prefilled SINCE YOU'RE LOGGED IN TO START A CHAT!!!!!! 


Yeah, I completely agree.  But somehow it doesn't stop them from raising their prices every 3 months.  Sounds like QBO needs a competitor.
