Join nowWith the new Quickbooks Payroll online: when importing payroll into my Quickbooks desktop for MAC, I'm getting a Warning: you cannot record a negative deposit. Followed by "error on line 22: can't record invalid transaction".
What is that all about? I've gotten that before and finally was able to import to accounting, but this time it's being stubborn. It is definitely not a negative deposit. Anybody else having this issue? Glitch?

The error indicates that your QuickBooks file is damaged. To fix this, you'll have to verify its integrity. However, before doing so, it's important to back up your QBDT for Mac company file for future use.
