Quarterly Form 941/Sch. B Error

When trying to create a Quarterly Form 941/Sch. B for the 3rd quarter, I get a message that says, "You must select a range of letters in the From and To Fields. For example, select A to E to process W-2 forms for employees with last names that start with the letters A through E. The letter range must be in alphabetical order." You shouldn't have to select a letter range for this report and there is no letter range to select from. I'm not sure why it's giving this warning message now and it won't let me continue.

Anyone have any suggestions or ideas why it's doing this now?

Currently, we have an issue in making the 3rd Quarter 941/Sch. B form. The case code is INV-48051, wherein some users get this prompt message when creating the Quarterly 941 form report.

Here's how to contact them:

In your QuickBooks, press F1, and then click Contact Us.
In the text box, type your query and hit Continue.
Choose to Start a chat or Get a callback.

Additionally, I'd like to ensure that your QuickBooks Desktop is updated to its most recent release. While updating, confirm all updates are selected. Also, download & install the latest tax table by accessing your Employees drop-down menu, then selecting Get Payroll Updates.
