Quarterly report that will not archive

Let's check why the report is showing as not filed from QuickBooks, @fryan762.

First, I suggest reaching out to your state agency to confirm if the filing was successful or not. If it wasn't, let's file the form again.

Here's how to manually file the form:

  1. open your QuickBooks Online account, then go to Taxes and select Payroll Tax.
  2. Select Quarterly forms or Annual forms.
  3. Choose the form you want to file.
  4. Review the form to verify the info, and Submit when you're ready.

If the submission was successful, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team so they can review this further and be able to help your archive the form. To contact support, tap on Contact us from the Help menu.

Once the form/report is archived, you can check this article for your reference about viewing an archived QuickBooks Online Payroll form.

If you want to print your payroll forms for future use, you can also read open this link for the details steps.
