I'll guide you to our QuickBooks Customer Care Support. They have special tools that can check your account in a secure environment and retrieve your previous tax records. Let me walk you through how.
- Open your QuickBooks account, and then go to (?) Help.
- Select Contact Us towards the bottom.
- Type a brief description of your case under What can we help you with? field. Then, hit Let's talk.
- Choose Get a call and enter your personal information.
- Click Confirm my call. I've added some screenshots for you.
