I'll guide you to our QuickBooks Customer Care Support. They have special tools that can check your account in a secure environment and retrieve your previous tax records. Let me walk you through how.

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks account, and then go to (?) Help.
  2. Select Contact Us towards the bottom.
  3. Type a brief description of your case under What can we help you with? field. Then, hit Let's talk.
  4. Choose Get a call and enter your personal information.
  5. Click Confirm my call. I've added some screenshots for you.
