I am trying to update my QuickBooks desktop payroll direct deposit payroll account. Two of my clients opened a new checking account to pay their employees from. When I try to log in to My Payroll Service - Account/Billing Information, it is taking me to my product and services page instead of the Payroll Account Maintenance page.
I am a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and I have several versions of QuickBooks. I tried this in QB Desktop 2018 & 2020. Same results.
I am guessing this has to do with the SBA PPP loans and the fact that everyone is changing their bank account numbers.
I am chatting with QB Support now - for over 20 minutes. Very little help. This is what she said ...
"I do apologize that you needed contact us for this matter and if it's not routing you to account's maintenance page, but no worries. There's a form that I can send and that you can fill in so our back end team can update it for you."
So, I am still waiting for the form. Is anybody else experiencing this issue?
