QuickBooks Desktop Changing Direct Deposit Funding Account

When updating the direct deposit, you’ll have to use the primary principal login of the payroll to update the bank account. Let me show you how to update it on your end.

Here’s how:

1. Select Employees and choose My Payroll Service.
2. Select the Accounts/Billing Information.
3. Sign in using your Intuit Account login.
4. Go to the Payroll Info section. Under the Direct Deposit Bank Account, select Edit.
5. Enter your payroll PIN then select Continue.
6. Enter the new bank account details, and then select Update.
7. Wait for the confirmation, and then select Close.

Thanks for your reply but if you had read my post, you would see that I am following the steps you mention.  However, when I selected My Payroll Service > Account/Billing Information and sign in, it was taking me to my product page instead of the Payroll Account Maintenance page.  This continued to happen but I just kept trying and, finally, later in the evening, it finally went to the Payroll Account Maintenance page.  As I said before, I assume this has to do with the SBA PPP loans and the fact that everyone is changing their bank account numbers.  At least now it seems to be working.
