I'm here to assist you with your payroll liabilities, Melissa123604.

The QuickBooks Desktop automatically rounds off the values to two decimal places by default. You can run a payroll liability report to make sure that the calculation is correct. We can also adjust payroll liabilities in QuickBooks Desktop if you want to change the total amount.

You'll want to read this article to understand how QuickBooks calculates payroll taxes. I'll also send feedback to our developers about how QuickBooks handles the rounding off the tax liabilities.

This helps, but was hoping the solution would be to have QuickBooks round with MESC rule.  Thank you for the response.
