Quickbooks Enterprise 19 Compatibility with Exaktime

We currently use Exaktime to manage time clocks in the field that will import into our QB version 17 using their Accountlinx module. It has worked perfectly under version 17.


We are getting prepared to upgrade to version 19 but have been told that it does not work with Accountlinx. Does anybody have a timeline as to when this might be fixed? We were hoping to upgrade and be on the latest version of QB starting the new year.

Since Exaktime is a third party application, I encourage you to contact their application developer to update the compatibility of Exaktime in QuickBooks Enterprise 2019. 


As a workaround, you can check other third-party application by visiting this website!category/10368/7044 to see if there's an option to manage time clocks with the compatibility of the QuickBooks newer version.

I contacted Exaktime and was informed that it was indeed a Quickbooks issue. That's why I was wondering if there was an ETA on your end.

At this time, we don't have estimated time as to when QuickBooks version 19 will be integrated with Exaktime. Hence, this issue can be escalated for a thorough investigation with our product engineers.

  1. Go to the Help tab.
  2. Choose Send Feedback Online.
  3. Select Product Suggestion.
  4. Enter your request/product suggestion.
  5. Click Send Feedback tab.
