Hi CharleneMae:
Thanks, I was able to access the CA Employment Training Tax Rates section.
But I don't know what is the correct rate and Effective Date period to enter.
Isn't this why we pay for a payroll company...?
Is there someone at QuickBooks who can help us figure this out?
Do they have a phone number so I can speak with them?
Thanks,
Jeff

How do we do this on the Desktop 2022 Version? I changed the rate, but it doesn't ask for an effective date, which is Jan 1st, 2022. I need the software to go back and zero out this liability, as the 2022 rate is 0%.
Thank you

I went in to do that but the effective dates do NOT show up. I don't get that option!
