Buy nowI do not wish to give the agencies a loan. I want to have my taxes withdrawn when they are actully due. This has a negative impact on my cash flow and is not desired at all. This appears to be a forced change with no options. Any work arounds?
There are no work arounds. It will be however they decide it to be.
My advice is to file a complaint with the BBB. The more complaints the better, otherwise, nothing will change, and QB will be making HUGE amounts of money off of YOUR money.
Please, for all that is good, file a complaint.
I am looking for an answer to the question. QB will not answer. They never do.
Send the BBB link to complain. I will pass it around.
I filed a complaint with the BBB. So far it has not helped at all. The response I received from QB's was basically too bad that is how it's going to be. I told them that that was an unacceptable response. They will NOT be controlling our money. The only way around it that we can figure out right now is to pay our accountant to process our payroll on the platform she uses like ADP. I can't remember which payroll service she uses. I haven't talked to her about it the owner of the company has. All I know is I will still have to do most of what I do for payroll and then submit the final report to the accountant to process then I will still be able to pay our taxes when they are DUE not when QB's decides I should pay them! I need to find a new accounting software after over 20+ years of using QB's. They have really crossed the line this time! Any recommendations for accounting software? I used to recommend QB's to everyone but I will NO longer be doing that.
I AM ALSO HAVING AN EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TIME POSTING ON THIS FORUM. IT'S LIKE THEY DON'T WANT US TALKING ABOUT HOW THEY ARE TRYING TO CONTROL OUR MONEY FOR THEIR OWN FINANCAIL GAIN!
I filed a complaint with the BBB.
This is the pathetic response I received from Intuit:
To Whom It May Concern:
Intuit has reviewed the concerns submitted by M****** L******** and appreciates the opportunity to respond.
Our review confirmed that the reported experience is related to a product policy update regarding payroll tax processing. This change is part of the current service design, and support representatives do not have the ability to modify or opt customers out of this functionality.
At this time, no alternative resolution is available. Customer feedback has been documented for internal review.

I did NOT accept that response. I told them that was completely unacceptable. They will NOT be controlling our money and using it for their own gain. We all know that is what they are up to. I can't believe they have their employees telling us its to make things easier for us because that will NOT make thing easier for us! NOT one bit. They will make mistakes that will cost us late fees and penalties. QuickBooks & Intuit have crossed the line BIG time with this. It sounds like they are going to be losing lots of customers or at least payroll customers.
We currently use the Workforce Time app. Does anyone know of a payroll app that will integrate with QB's while still using the Workforce Time app? We plan on having our accountant process payroll through the platform she uses to process payroll for her clients but we would like to keep it in house if possible.
