QuickBooks payroll and Wisely Bank DD said pending 1am then is not there now, 10am

I have a new employee that I ran payroll ontime, the deposit said pending at 1 am this morning (He uses Wisely) now at 10 am it shows nothing. Is there known issue with Wisesly or first DD into those accounts?

Based on the details you gave, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They have the particular tools to help with this situation. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Press the QuickBooks Desktop Help option. 
  3. Click the Contact Us hyperlink.
  4. Give a brief description of the issue and hit Let's talk
  5. Scroll down and tap to Get a callback
