I tried to submit a Federal 941 e-payment via Quickbooks but it keeps getting rejected by the agency.
Problem: Internet Password has expired.
I'm able to login to the EFTPS Gov website without any problems, however, Quickbooks keeps saying that the password is wrong.
I have checked for updates in Quickbooks - There are no new updates at this time.
I have checked for payroll updates - They were downloaded and installed.
What can I do when I know my password works on the EFTPS Gov website but Quickbooks says it does not?
