Hello @michaelmiller221,

The subscription's auto-renewal is generated by the system. I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support.

They can check your account in a secure environment and verify the charge.

Here's how to reach out:

  1. Go to (?) Help, then Contact Us.
  2. Enter a brief description about your issue.
  3. Click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.

I've also added our page about account management in case you need some related articles.

Stay in touch if you have other questions. I'll be around for you. Thanks for posting and have a good one.

Tried this in the past with no response or waited for a half hour to talk to someone. I have 4 subscriptions for QB for over 12 years just to see my fees almost double in that time..I shouldnt even have to ask since all other pos, website and software companies are offering yet QB never does.

Hello there, michaelmiller221.

I can see you've been trying to connect with our specialists to get some help and be able to fix this matter.

As much as I wanted to help you right away, but this nature of concern should be taken care of by them as it needs to be done in a private environment. Certain things will need to verify through the help of their appropriate tools.

I wouldn't like you to come up with that situation where you're not getting a quick response from our specialist. Due to COVID-19, we have limited support and reduced our support hours too.

You may consider trying the steps provided by my colleague above one more time until one of our specialists will get you. Another way is to use this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact.

Please tap me on my shoulder if there's something I can help you with. I hope you're good. Stay safe, and be well.

@michaelmiller221

For the time being, consider to utilize this 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.

https:// transactionpro.grsm.io/qbo

Once you are ready to proceed, open a new QBO account with discounted price for up to 6 months.

If you are able to run this process once, you may repeat it for every semester to minimize your cost.
