quickbooks time/workforce app. Anyone else having lots of problems with workforce and Time?

I'm having problems all of the time.  Currently, I have 2 employees clocked in and it doesn't show them clocked in on my end.  Last week, one of my employee's time didn't show at all on my end.  I had to input all of her time for the week by hand.  Another employee had clocked out on Thursday and on Saturday, it still showed him clocked in from Thursday.  I have spent countless hours on the phone with the support team and had absolutely no help at all.  The problems still keep happening and I can't possibly be the only one out there having problems.  Does anyone have any suggestions from here?

As you’re experiencing problems viewing your team members’ timesheets in QuickBooks Workforce, it's possible that the crew setting isn't turned on. To turn on this feature, follow the steps below:

 

  1. In the Workforce app, go to More, click Settings, and select General
  2. Turn on Show Admin Crew.

 

Resetting the app can be an effective solution too, but before proceeding, make sure to sync any timesheet data from your mobile device with the web dashboard to prevent data loss. Follow these steps to reset the app data:

 

  1. Click More and go to Settings.
  2. Select Reset App and click Reset App to confirm.

 

If that doesn't work, uninstall, then reinstall the QuickBooks Workforce app. For more troubleshooting steps, check out this article: Troubleshoot QuickBooks Workforce.
