"Contact Us" won't allow me to access a human. Says "channel currently closed" for both chat and call back options.

Same here.  No way to get in touch with QB.  I called my bank about 2 hours ago and he said he already had about 30 calls before me.  Same issue

Phone lines are now open. We temporarily suspended calls to prevent long hold times as we resolved a direct deposit payroll issue. Employees should receive paychecks by end-of-day today.

My employees didn’t receive their paychecks on Friday or Today (Monday). What do I do?

I know how important for your employees to receive their direct deposit on time. Let me share some information on why they're unable to get them.


This issue is already being worked on by our engineers with utmost urgency. We encourage all affected users to connect with our Payroll Support Team to sign up to receive email updates.


Make sure to provide the name of your financial institution for an easy direct deposit trace. To reach them follow these steps.

 

  1. Press the Help icon at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. In the Assistant tab, enter the issue/topic in the field box.
  3. Click the Get help from a human link and follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
  4. Choose Chat for real-time assistance or Callback to speak with an agent.  
  5. Provide this information to expedite the process: INV-58311.
