Welcome to the Community, @lukeacosta.

Let me step in and help you with your concern. You can perform a basic troubleshooting in your QuickBooks Online account. Please access your QuickBooks Online account via an incognito/private browser to check if it's a browser issue or not. Then, check if the payroll information is already showing.

To use a private browser, here’s how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it's showing, you can clear the cache to remove some of the outdated files on your browser. If it still not showing, you can contact our QuickBooks Support to check your account and help you fix the missing payroll information. Here's how to contact our support:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help (?) icon.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. Enter your concern. Example: Payroll information disappears.
  5. Select Let's talk.
  6. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
  • Start a chat with a support expert.

If you have additional questions, feel free to leave a message in the comment section. I'll be around here in the Community to help. Take care and have a great day!

Finally - a solution and it's not within QuickBooks.  Log in to your EFTPS account via the web, change and save your internet password.  Wait a few minutes, then go back to your QB file, start the tax payment process and be sure to enter the updated password in the confirmation screen.  You do not need to change the PIN, just the password.

I also learned that the IRS has begun requiring that you change your password at least annually.  Keep that in mind if rejected federal tax payment through QB crop up in the future.  You CANNOT change the password through QB - it must be done on the EFTPS site.  It took seven months to figure this out and it's something that Intuit's support group should know. This should be the very first thing that they suggest to users.
