Help has arrived, @srinivas-mankala.

If you were set up as a 941 filer and should be a 944 filer, the IRS will ignore the 941 forms you file and return your tax payments as 944 types, and vice versa. You may need to make a late Form 941 filing for the quarters where your account was originally set up as 944. However, since you've received an IRS notice to file Form 944. I recommend, connecting with our Payroll support team to verify if you're required to submit 944. They can also help you change your filing schedule from 941 to 944. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu and select Contact Us.
  2. In the What can we help you with? enter Received notice from IRS to file form 944.
  3. Then, click Continue.
  4. Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.
