Billing rate level

What happened to billing rate level in QuickBooks Online? I've recently exported from QuickBooks desktop to QuickBooks Online and noticed it's no longer charging an hourly rate to the time entered in weekly time sheets.

Billing rate level

Hi there, @RSDpe.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. I'm here to share some insights on why QuickBooks Online no longer charging an hourly rate to the time entered in weekly time sheets.

When converting QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online, tracking your employees time including billable hours is not possible. This is only applicable in QuickBooks Online Essentials and Plus edition.

For more information about the conversion process, please refer to this article: Converting from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.

I can see how this feature can help you run your business easier. I'd encourage you sharing this idea to our product Product Developers. Doing this helps them understand where we can improve and what features should be added so we can better serve you.
