Can i change payroll date

We can update the pay schedules of your employees so it will be corrected when you run payroll in QuickBooks. I'll show you how:

1. Go to the Gear icon ⚙, then select Payroll Settings.
2. In the Payroll and Services, choose Pay Schedules.
3. Click Edit next to the pay schedule you want to update.
4. Update your pay schedule's information. 

If the payroll created is already processed, you can delete the paycheck and recreated it. This way, the updated pay schedule will appear when you run payroll in QuickBooks.

Here's how:

1. Click Workers.
2. Go to the Employees tab.
3. Under Run payroll, click Paycheck list.
4. Select the paycheck you want to delete, then click Delete.
5. Tick the I understand that this action cannot be undone box.
6. Click Delete Paycheck.
