Hi there, hello14!

 

You can definitely edit/delete the DD check 5PM PST 2 banking days before the pay date. Otherwise, the system will only allow you to void it, but the funds are already debited from the checking account. 

 

Here's how to void it: 

  1. Go to the Employees page and select the employee.
  2. Go to the Paycheck List tab.
  3. Click on the DD check and select Void.

For manual payroll, there's an option for you to click on Delete. Then, don't forget to run the payroll again.
