Can I pay my employees with direct deposit from 2 different checking accounts? I have a different checking accounts per my store locations but only 1 set of QBs running at the main location.

Good to see you here in the Community. I’d be happy to help walk you through about setting up a direct deposit to your employees.

 

QuickBooks will allow you to set up one direct deposit bank account in each company file. However, you can add two bank accounts to your employees using the split direct deposit.

 

To pay your employees, please take note that let your employees fill out a Direct Deposit Authorization form to ensure that you'll have their proper account and routing information.

Yes this was helpful. Just wish you could do DD from two different checking accounts. But its ok.
