Can y'all help me find how to file a form 941? Quarterly tax forms in QB Online does not look like a link on my payroll Taxes page under the payments or filling tab.

Using QB Online and quarterly tax forms does not show up anywhere. I need to gather the information so I can file the appropriate form 941. I use QB online to generate all of our payroll.

Hi, @langleyequipment.

I'll help you with filing your quarterly form from QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you have QBO Enhanced Payroll, you can file your taxes through the Payroll Tax window. I'll guide you how.

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. Click on Taxes at the left pane, then tap on Payroll Tax.
  3. Select Quarterly forms.
  4. Choose the form you want to file.
  5. Review the form to verify the info, and Submit it when you're ready.

For QBO Full-Service:

  1. Go to Taxes and select Payroll Tax.
  2. Select the Filings tab.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to complete your tax filing.

Here's how you can learn more about paying and filing payroll taxes or forms online.

However, if you opt for Intuit to file and pay your taxes and forms for Full-Service Payroll, you don't need to worry about filing your 941 forms. You can open this link to know more about this feature: Tax payments and forms Intuit payroll submits for you.
