Thank you for choosing QuickBooks Online when running your business. I can help you create and print a paper check for your employee's Christmas bonus.
If you're using Direct Deposit, you will have to manually change the Direct Deposit icon to the Paper Check icon in order to have the option to print an actual check.
Here's how to do it:
- Click Workers.
- Click Run payroll.
- Select the payroll schedule.
- Click Continue.
- Click the Direct Deposit icon for the employee.
- Select Paper check in the window.
- Enter the check number.
- Click Print paycheck to print the paycheck.
- Click Finish payroll.
