Let me make sure this is taken care of, jb1691.
There are a few factors why you're getting the direct deposit Error 61102 in QuickBooks Desktop. To be able to verify the cause of this error requires pulling up your account. That said, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Care Team so they can take a look at the status of your direct deposit and further investigate and come up with a fix.
Here's how you can reach us:

it keeps giving me this error when I try to sign in.. because I can not remember my
PIN number.
That error occurs when you're trying to send the payroll without a pin or password, Angela69.
This will be resolved by resetting the pin. I'll guide you how:
If you're still unable to reset the PIN, check this article, and go directly to Reset a lost or forgotten PIN.
Get in touch with us if you have other payroll concerns. We're here to address them.
so, once again what do i need to do to fix this? i have had nothing but trouble!!!
Hello, @countywide auto.
Thanks for following the thread.
Let's try resetting the admin password to the company file, then reset the PIN. I've included the steps below to do this.
1. Sign in as the admin user.
2. Open the Company menu, then choose Change Password.
3. Once you've changed your password, log out of the company file and close QuickBooks.
4. Sign back into the company file using the new admin password.
After changing the admin password, you can now try to reset the PIN in QuickBooks. For further details, check out Change or recover forgotten/lost PIN for processing Direct deposit.
As mentioned by my colleague above, if you're continuing to face issues after trying the steps above, you'll need to contact support to see if there is an issue on the back end that's causing this error to occur. They have the tools that can access your account to review further.
Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns. You can always reach out to the Community or me anytime you need a helping hand. Take care!
