Direct Deposit Limits

We just processed our payroll in QBs Elite system for the first time.  We were never told about the direct deposit limits.  Our bi-weekly payroll direct deposit total runs around $150,000 per pay.  The direct deposit limit set is $40,000....

 

We called QBs because payroll is today.  We worked with the person who answered the phone, got in all documents requested, were told it would take 2 hours to be reviewed.  We stayed on the phone for the two hours because it is obviously important that the direct deposits go through.  After the two hours, we were told that we were in que to be processed.  2 hours later, a manager got on the phone (by this time, they were 4 minutes away from closing).  The manager listened and about the time we said - we really need your help - click.  Someone disconnected the phone and now they were closed.

 

We have used QBs as proadvisors for years and NEVER received this treatment nor run into this direct deposit limit.  We have no confidence in the process.  At this point, we have all of the paperwork to them that would be put in the online system - so what do we do???  Should we just leave QBs payroll because they can't handle BIG companies?

Direct Deposit Limits

I get the same treatment and it galls me because we are paying for this.  If they don't know the answer, they just disconnect even if you have been waiting for hours.  They will have to clean this up or people will find another option.  We are looking.
