We have an ongoing investigation about the error 40002 when trying to activate direct deposit in QuickBooks Desktop.
I know that you've already contacted us about this issue, but to make sure your account will be listed as one of the affected users, I suggest reaching our QuickBooks Support again. You can use this investigation number 49462 as y our reference.
Here's how:
- Click Help at the top menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- In the Have a Question? window, enter a topic.
- Click Contact Us.
- Hit the Stat Messaging button.
