Does anyone know why QB won't let me change the state unemployment rate after payroll has been run for those dates? I have done it before and it just made adjustments.

Since you've processed your payroll already, changing the state unemployment rate affects your paychecks. In this case, we'll need help from our payroll specialist to make everything is accurate. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and assist you with this one.

You may send a message via chat, call us at a time convenient to you, or we’ll get in touch with you instead. Here's how:

1. Within your QBO account, go to Help at the upper-right corner.
2. In the Search tab, click Contact us.
3. You'll be asked to enter a brief description of your concern.
4. Click Continue. 
5. Select Chat with us , Have us call you, or Call us.
