email direct deposit paystubs

Hello, trogers1.

Welcome to the Community. I can show you how to set up a way for your employees to view their pay stubs online.

This can be done through a resource called View My Paycheck. Each employee will register an account, and then they'll be able to view their pay stubs upon signing in. There are just a few steps get this initiated. Here's how:

1. In your QuickBooks Desktop account, go to Employees > Manage Payroll Cloud Services.

2. Select the ViewMyPaycheck checkbox.

3. Create or confirm a PIN used to send payroll data.

4. Click Save Changes.

I've got an article for you that offers additional details about View My Paycheck. You can check it out here: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1764092-viewmypaycheck-set-up-viewmypaycheck-for-your-quickboo....

Keep up the great work and please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank You for this alternative suggestion, but to me it would be much more user friendly and efficient as a quickbooks online user to have an "email stub to employee" option at the print paychecks/ paystubs page. There is a lot of interest from my employees to have their stubs emailed to them. This would also save me personally a bunch of time, hassle, and waste.

Thanks for joining this thread, @ogdenscleaners.

I understand how the "email stub to employee" option in QuickBooks Online (QBO) would be helpful for you. I'll make sure to take note of your request, and we'll update you once we receive product enhancement update about the availability of this feature.

For the meantime, you can view and print the employee's paystub by visiting the ViewMyPaycheck (VMP) page as a workaround.

For additional reference, you may want to check these articles to learn more about the VMP page:

Please know that you're always welcome to post if you have any other questions about the employee's paystub. Have a good one.
