You'll want to turn off the E-File & Pay feature first so you'll be able to update your tax information. Here's how:
Once done, you'll need to turn the E-File & Pay feature on again, then send us a new authorization form. For more details, you can check this article: Update your business info in online payroll.
However, if you have subscribe to our payroll services, I suggest contacting our Support Team. They have the tools to check your account and help you update your critical tax information.

Unfortunately this can't be done with Payroll Core. I have Payroll Core and do not have the option to disable E-File.
@JasroV - Looks like this cannot be done with Payroll Core. Is there a good way for someone with Payroll Core to do this?

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team since you're still unable to update the tax information . They can help turn off the E-File & Pay features for you to make sure your tax information is done right.
