fives times I've called intuit as my payroll subscription is here and they can't seem to get it fixed. I have updated my credit card five times and spoke to people who can't speak english
I have had a magor problem with quickbooks. My subscription came due so I updated my credit card info 4 times and it still won't let me down load any year end documents. I can't even log in to my account now I have changed my password several times. Its very frustrating when you call the help line and they don't speak english very well. I have used quickbooks since 2004 and this making me look elsewhere for a product that's handled in America.
