When I create the first quarter 2019 Form 941 the form will not view properly so I cannot answer any of the interview questions or insert my information as preparer. I use QB accountant desktop 2019 with enhanced payroll. This is driving me crazy!

Let's try updating your tax table to the latest version to refresh the payroll updates. This also provides the most current and accurate rates and calculations for supported state and federal tax tables.
Once the download is complete, there'll be a message saying A new tax table and/or updates to your payroll tax forms have been installed on your computer then click OK.

I have done this for each client as I just purchased the version of QB Wednesday and had to set up each client with the payroll subscription. Just actually did this again and still will not work properly. The form does not load fully, just bits. No questions to read to answer.

I am a CPA with nearly 40 years of experience filing Form 941. I have no issue with clicking on the File Forms tab and create forms, Form 941. The issue is that the screen does not view properly. Parts of it populate and other parts do not. There are supposed to be interview questions there for me to answer and they are not showing on the screen. There are places I can mark an X if I guess what the question (that is not present on the screen) is asking. I can fill out the preparer information because I actually know which box is asking for my PTIN and EFIN etc. But I should not have to guess what the box is asking for.
I just did not know if others are having same issue and know how to fix it. Guess I will be calling support! Thanks for your help....

Allow me to step in and help perform some steps so you can view your 941 forms.
First off, let's try to run reboot.bat for a possible fix of this issue. Let me guide you how:
3. Right-click the reboot.bat file, then choose Run as Administrator.
4. A Command (DOS) window (black window) will open with rapidly scrolling file names. Do not manually close this window. When the reboot.bat file utility has completed, the window will close.
5. Check to see if this resolves the issue. If not, restart your computer.

Then, if it's still not working, let's try to troubleshoot PDF to help us isolate this issue. To perform the troubleshooting, please follow the recommended solutions below:
First, install and run the Print & PDF Repair Tool. Here’s how:
Then, reset your temp folder permissions. Proceed with this step only if the first solution fails.
Lastly, confirm you can print to your XPS (only for Save as PDF and Email issue). QuickBooks uses parts of the XPS Document Writer to save as PDF.
