How can I get rid of US address option? The software offers the US address for the company only despite me entering from Cyprus location/site.

If your company is located in Cyprus, make sure you open a QBO EU version

After you clicked the Buy button, you will find on top of the screen, "You're signing up for QuickBooks Online in Cyprus".

The option to eliminate the US address is unavailable since the program that you're using is intended for USA. Since you're from Cyprus, I'd recommend using the QuickBooks version dedicated to your region. This way, you'll be able to access Cyprus addresses and get the most out of your QuickBooks experience.

You can visit this link to be guided in subscribing to QBO International version. You'll just have to select the subscription plan that best suits your business needs. Once done setting your account, let's connect your bank or credit card accounts to QuickBooks to download your bank transactions automatically.

To save time from having to set up the items from your lists one by one, we can move your existing lists to your new QuickBooks Online from your old QuickBooks Online company. I'll guide you in doing the whole process.

1. Sign in to the account that has your lists.
2. Select Reports.

Thanks for a quick reply and sorry if my request was nit clear. I already went to Cyprus site, linked my original account created on US site and ended up with US address only again in the Account Settings.  IsJust in a case is ,there  any way to confirm the account location/country site after login?

If you are in the US territory when opening QBO site, your IP will be route to QBO US version

Check your Billing and Subscription, if you paid it in USD, you might be purchase a QBO US version. Your billing would be in Euro if open a QBO EU version.
